3mix治療法
3Mix治療法は抗菌剤として、メトロニダゾール、ミノサイクリン、シプロプロキサシンを使用し、基剤としてマクロゴール、プロピレングリコールを使用することになっている 治療法です。
3M●●-MP療法という言葉は、登録商標で使用できない旨、関係者から連絡がありました。
虫歯への応用
始めに、虫歯をある程度きれいにします。すべて除去すると神経まで達してしまう場合などには３MIXを使用して、虫歯を殺菌します。
根管治療への応用
根管内に障害物がある場合等に、３MIXを使用して根管内を殺菌します。その後に拡大した部分まで根管充填をします。
